LOSING MY SKIN is a dual timeline folkloric fantasy following Callan, an anthropology PhD student whose mythic chronic pain defies modern medicine, and Eilidh, an 11th-century selkie whose coming-of-age ritual leaves her skin stolen and life bound to humans. As their stories echo across time, both must fight to reclaim agency in bodies no longer their own.
